  1. Eat2surf Said,

Dude! B2 and UK5 are part of the nomenclature of the original TSR modules.. TSR are the original publishers of D&D… so ya know.

    Happy Birthday!!

  3. Eat2surf Said,

I listened to this thing all last night.. another fun episode!! But where’d my comment go?? I managed to not even say first or anything..

I did mention that B2 and UK5 are the catagories that the original pnp mods released by TSR (tactical studies rules.. the original publishers of D&D).. B2-Keep on the Borderlands was packaged in the Basic Set in the 2nd redition of the boxed D&D set (the red box).. UK was a prefix given to mods that were made for the United Kingdom market..

Happy Birthday (again).. Your enthusiasm remains the same.. your shows are as fun as ever.. it’s been fun to hear you guys settle into your groove.. did you know you were in a groove?!

.. now.. I’m off to.. Get in Game and.. Get my Groove on.

    Enjoy!

    Dave

  5. Eat2surf Said,

    No Worries Ash.. thanks, though.

Say.. Where’s a link to ENoa4’s blog?? sounds like a kewl place..

I think it’s time for a “have you checked us out lately” PR campaign for you guys.. (and gal).. perhaps convince someone to review some of the under-downloaded episodes (round tables) ..

I’ll pay-forward the word on my part. This is a good show.. we appreciate it (and I’ll try to press that donate button before Christmas… A click for you is one less Playmobil figure for the kid.. but.. he has plenty and he needs me to have my NWN Podcast fix.

    Enjoy!

    Dave

PS - These old geeks… how old is old for geeks.. I must be a grandfatherly geek.. yikes.. How long is a Geek year??

  7. Carlo Said,

Great hearing about Ernie’s projects, he’s a quality contributor to the community. DM’s should definitely check out his Hythum and C1: Shrine of Tamoachan modules for NWN, they’ve gotten good reviews in multiplayer, and C1 was certified DM-friendly.

Thanks for mentioning the DMFI NWN2 Tools new version launch, it’s a big step up from the previous version (not just because it now works with Mask of the Betrayer, heh).

  11. ffbj Said,

Happy Birthday! Not to be a pain but it’s Per Chance to Dream. An allusion to Richard III and his famous soliloquy. “To sleep, perchance to dream.” After murdering his young cousins 12 years old, by drowning them in a vat of wine, and other numerous heinous acts he seems to have trouble sleeping.

  16. MurlynLAN Said,

Happy Birthday to you! Happy Birthday to you! Happy Birthday dear NWN Podcast… Happy birthday to you!

To sleep, perchance to dream, ay, there’s the rub,
For in that sleep of death what dreams may come,

Drowned in a vat of wine? Not a bad way to go… although it was most likely corked anyway ;-)
Can I have milk and cookies?

Posted on December 5th, 2007 at 1:29 pm

  17. Ashercon Said,

Here. *hands Murlyn a small cookie.
