Interesting. I'm actually listening to the Wheel of Time audiobooks now. I prefer the A Song of Ice and Fire books by George R. R. Martin, and feel them to have a much better setting, but WoT is good too, with a real depth of background to mine from. Here's to hoping the game turns out good!

I read the first book a while ago, it seemed pretty good but I never got attached to the Lore. My favorite series is the Sword of Truth books, but only through 6th book. The rest don't count :p However, I don't think I'd like to see a game based on it.
Think it's going to be based on the WoT PnP game?

Sword of Truth is a good series too, but very different. Both Wheel of Time and A Song of Ice and Fire have incredibly detailed worlds compared to Sword of Truth. Wheel of Time takes an especially long time to get going though, so if you've only read Eye of the World you're really only scratching the surface.

I just got the WoT monsters from the vault. They are done very nicely. there are several Trollocks and a Myrdraal. I'm going to build some new areas just so I can put them to use.
