Sadly, Andarian has decided to step down as Chairman for the Academy for Modding Excellence due to his own modding aspirations, writing and ventures. He will be staying on as a member. Thank you Andarian (aka Tdonadio) for your service as AME Chairman.

I am pleased to announce that I have been elected by my fellow AME members to succeed Andarian as AME Chairman. I can only hope to equal his accomplishments as Chairman.

With my election as Chairman, that leaves the Vice Chairman seat open and we are voting on a new Vice Chairman as we speak. As our leadership makes a new transition, I will keep the community updated as to what is going on.

Currently we are busy going over award changes and policy/procedure changes that will be starting with our new cycle. These changes and votes happen every off season for us as we learn what works and what doesn't. There are no policy and procedure changes that happen without voting from the membership, that is, the Chairman and Vice Chairman do not make changes that are not agreed upon by the rest of the membership in a majority vote.

It is my goal to help the community in any aspect as I can. I see my AME membership as a way to give back to the community that has given me so much.

So, if you have any questions, concerns or comments regarding this change, the AME in general, suggestions for who should win awards, or want to become a member, please direct them to me and I will address any and all comments as soon as I can.

Again, I would like to thank Andarian for his service as Chairman and look forward to this new opportunity.
